EARN EVERY PROMOTION IN THE CAGE
You can't just buy a promotion. You earn it first. Each rung has goals from your real career: land strikes, score knockdowns, land takedowns, bank minutes of control, attempt submissions, run roadwork, go the distance, start fights at 90+ condition, work round breaks, and put in days at the gym. Progress bars fill as you fight and train. When every goal is met, the coach lights up READY with a gold stripe, and your HQ card tells you.
The ladder runs BASICS, FUNDAMENTALS, ADVANCED, PRO CAMP, ELITE CAMP, WORLD CLASS. PRO CAMP and ELITE CAMP need a pro contract. WORLD CLASS needs the WFL. A level you earn is yours for good. Relegation never takes it back.

- SPARRING PARTNER: spar without a campmate

- DEEPER TANK: drills cost up to 25% less condition
- MEAL PLAN: condition regenerates up to 25% faster
- CLEAN CUTS: weight-cut strain down 25%
- CAGE-SIDE CARE: up to 8% off your post-fight damage bill
No camp? No problem. The right coaches open drills that used to need a campmate or a gym room.
THE CORNER RECEIPT
The top of the screen adds up everything your team does for you: training XP, fight XP, recovery, condition per drill, regen and post-fight damage. Coach XP stacks up to +30%, on top of your gym and streak bonuses. The training board and PLAN YOUR DAY show the boosted XP and the cheaper condition cost on every drill. Any drill a perk unlocked shows the perk name in green.
PAYING YOUR TEAM
Signing a coach costs $1,500 ($2,000 for a head coach). Promotions climb from $3,000 to $75,000, plus a small gold fee, and head coaches cost a bit more. Weekly wages grow with each level, from $200 at BASICS to $1,400 at WORLD CLASS. Miss a payday and your coach stays on in GRACE. Miss two and they are PAUSED: their perks switch off, but they keep their level. Hit SETTLE UP and they are right back in your corner. Coaches never walk out over money. Only you can dismiss them, and the level goes with them.
